We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Once we drop off your products/packages to the postal service and it leaves our possession, it is no longer our responsibility. If you encounter any issues, you must contact the postal service to get the issue resolved. Priority shipping is highly advised.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 (excludes taxes) within the United States. All shipments are sent via USPS.
If your order does not meet the free-ship minimum ($99 excludes taxes), a shipping fee will be applied.
Signature May Be Required
A signature is required upon delivery for orders over $200. An adult signature requirement is available upon request. Please contact us for further details.
Discreet Shipping
To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain poly mailer with absolutely no product labels of any kind. The return label on your package will state "Coastal Clarity", along with our address.
State Restrictions

Can You Deliver To A P.O. Box?
We will ship via USPS if a P.O. Box is entered as the delivery address.
